We are living in an “envy crisis.” With the continued rise of smart phones and social media it can be hard not to compare ourselves to others. We learn about college acceptances, vacations, engagements, and work promotions of not only our closest friends, but now of acquaintances and celebrities. As a result, we are experiencing the uncomfortable feeling of envy more and more.
